We use no analytics or tracking software on this website. We don’t record which pages you look at and we don’t build visitor profiles.
We never ask for your BSN, insurance policy number or medical information on this website. We sometimes need those, but we ask for them by phone or through our own system — not through a web form and not by email.
If you do send us medical information through the form or by email, we use it only to help you. Email is not a secure channel and we’d advise against it.

We have a data processing agreement with TransIP, Brevo and Cloudflare. Where data leaves the EU, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
The map on our contact page loads only when you click it. Until then, your browser makes no connection to Google. If you do click, Google is responsible for what it does with that connection.
We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.
Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Administrative access requires two-factor authentication. Form submissions are deleted automatically after 90 days. Website backups, which may include submissions, are kept for 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, withdraw consent, or ask for it to be transferred. Email info@shinysmile.nl or call +31 70 387 54 16. We respond within four weeks.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when we last did.
